The Administration and Finance Ministry Team is responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial affairs of the corporation. The Financial Secretary and the Treasurer shall be included as members of this ministry team.
The Stewardship Committee is charged with preparing, planning, and conducting the annual stewardship program in support of the congregation’s mission and ministry. This committee shall consist of at least three members for two year terms.
The Personnel Committee is responsible for the development of policy and general management of the staff, annual salary reviews and the development and maintenance of the congregation’s Personnel Manual.
The Endowment Committee shall oversee the church Endowment Fund.
